My name is Barbara Graver. I left the Catholic Church, almost twenty years ago, and became deeply involved in paranormal investigation, mediumship, witchcraft and other occult practices. During much of this time, I worked closely with spirits I thought of as "guides" without understanding that these beings were actually demonic. I broke away in late 2017 and made my way back to the Catholic faith. In early 2020, I renounced the occult under the guidance of a Catholic priest. Not long after, I began to study spiritual warfare and demonic influence from a Catholic perspective. Because I opened so many doors during my time in the occult, spiritual warfare is an ongoing part of my life. So I decided to start this blog and website in order to share my experience and some of the resources I have found helpful.
